Only minutes away from the Atlantic City boardwalk and casinos! A spacious 2 bedroom , 2 newer bathrooms, updated kitchen, with a balcony over looking the pool and a view of the ocean. This complex has one of the largest pools on the island. Air conditioning, cable TV, WIFI, covered parking, and elevator.

Awesome location

We did a 10 day stay over Christmas, condo had everything you could including great location to enjoy Atlantic City and off-shore attractions like Smithville. Also enjoyed Brigantine very much Happy New Year

Ideal Loaction- great condo

This is our 4th or 5th stay here and we love it! Amenities are great- condo is well equipped and it’s right on the beach! We don’t even have to pack beach towels ! Thank you for another great getaway!

Spring Allergy Getaway

I'm safe on the island pollen wise and the view of the ocean was an added plus while escaping. Nice that all rooms have such a view, with stunning morning bird activity in the dunes. Bit of a hike to the ocean proper so being in walking shape for this is best. Anna & Rick kindly have bikes for riding was well as beach tools. Nice touches. Would stay again.

Brigantine Beach is the Best!

The property was beautiful and fully equipped including towels, beach tags and pool tags! And the building has assigned parking and an elevator! The property owners communicated well and answered all of our questions before and during our stay!

Great wintertime stay

This property has everything going for it.. It's a nice size for our party of two but easily accommodates more. Everything works as it's supposed to and it's fully equipped. Even my wife says it's spotlessly clean! HVAC works great and furniture is comfortable. Super location - easy to AC, casinos & restaurants & right on the Brigantine beach. Guests feel welcome as soon as they open the door and that feeling runs for the duration of the stay. Friendly, thoughtful hosts!!

Fabulous Jersey Shore Accomodation

We have spent vacations at the Jersey Shore for 40 years. Ana and Ricks' oceanfront condo is our favorite place to call home there. It sparkles and embraces us with their many thoughtful guest needs being met. The heated pool is lovely, lounge areas comfortabe. My favorite place to cloud study is the private balcony that looks over the ocean.

Fall in Brigantine

We just returned from a week long stay in this attractive, spotless, well equipped condo. The hosts provide for everyone who might stay with them - beach towels & chairs and beach toys, bikes, games, 3 TVs and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The condo info provided on VRBO is accurate. Check-in is a breeze and hosts are unobtrusive but very available if they're needed. Kudos to Rick and Ana as model premier hosts.

Weather was rainy but we found plenty to do at Rick and Ana's well-located, attractive, comfortable and spotless condo. Nice local restaurants and convenient, well-equipped kitchen were all we needed. Hosts are very friendly and accessible and are truly Premier Hosts. We hope to return soon. 10/5/2023

Beach Home Away from Home!

Stepping across the threshold of Ana and Rick's Beach Home , we felt welcome with all of our needs met. It is a bright and beautiful place, sparkling, fully prepared for our stay. This was our third stay here, we have already secured next year's stay. Gorgeous heated pool, lovely landscaping, great view and access to beach. Elevator, covered parking in a lovely neighborhood. Enjoy this jewel!!
