Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
This experience was horrible. We paid a large amount of money and the place was filthy and very messy. The communication was even worse. Different phone numbers kept reaching out about photo ID for security, but when we sent it to one number another number would say the same thing. Even after we were in the condo. The photos didnt match what we were given. It was almost like the place was stripped of everything. No blankets, or anything. We took photos of how bad it was.
