Fantastic - Renovated Ocean City Getaway-Perfect for monthly winter rental!

This is NOT a PARTY house. We DO NOT rent for Senior Week or After Prom Parties.

The entire property is a non-smoking rental. This includes the decks and carport.

We do not allow pets.

GUESTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN LINENS AND TOWELS.
We rent only to families and to individuals 25 years of age or older. The maximum number of overnight renters is 12.

This renovated, family-friendly beach house sleeps 10-11 guests and is just three blocks from the beach in the Gold Coast section of Ocean City, NJ. Located on quiet Haven Avenue, you have front door access to the bike path, and you are walking distance to Dot’s Pastries and 34th Street amenities, including: a playground which includes tennis and basketball courts, ACME food store, Wawa, CVS, Hoy's 5&10, ice cream stores, and various food/eating facilities. The fishing and crabbing dock is available under the 34th St. Bridge, along with access to kayaks and paddleboarding.

You have quick and simple off-island access via a short drive over the 34th St. Bridge to more restaurants, a marina, liquor stores, and the Garden State Parkway. In addition to the 31st and 32nd Street beaches, you are close to the 34th St. beach, which has a public restroom, umbrella and chair rentals, and is wheelchair-accessible, making the beach location ideal for families with young children or elderly guests. Ocean City is a family-friendly beach resort that offers one of the area’s best boardwalks and amusement piers. (6 beach tags are included.)

Our home is a first floor convenient access property. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open living room and dining area, and a large, fully equipped kitchen.

The beds include:
1 King- Master
2 Queens
4 Singles (including bunk beds)


The home includes a large front porch with seating for 8, an outside picnic table, and a back porch with seating for 4. We provide five HD cable-equipped TVs, a gas grill, complimentary Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning. An outside shower and carport are included, which allows up to 4 off-street parking spaces.

The house was recently renovated, featuring LVT floors, new carpet, new paint, and new bedding. A completely renovated kitchen includes new appliances.

The address is 3124 Haven Avenue, Ocean City, NJ. The rental is on the1st Floor.

The keyless entry code is provided the week before the rental, as codes are changed between rentals.

Check in on Saturday after 3pm. Check out Saturday by 10am.

Off-Season check in and check out times are a little more flexible base on availablity.

Wonderful property in a great location. Owners are very responsive. Plenty of space for grandparents, parents, kids. Close to beach, playground, ice cream and mini golf.

This is a great place, as evidenced by it being our 4th time here! The location is perfect, the house is so pretty and comfortable, and the hosts are fantastic! Love this place and recommend highly! (Note that the house does NOT have 3 bathrooms; it has 2 and an outdoor shower.)

Nyce family Beach trip

We love this house!

We’ve stayed at this property for four year now and we just love everything about it. The location, front porch and back lot is so perfect for our family. We love having all our meals “home” as well. The kitchen is stocked and has plenty of storage. Thank you for another year of great memories!

We had a wonderful stay at this clean, spacious, and well-equipped beach house—perfect for our large family. Check-in was easy and convenient with keyless entry, and the house was spotless when we arrived. The layout worked great for kids and adults alike, with plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and we appreciated the updated appliances and large dining area. Wi-Fi was strong throughout the house, and having cable TVs in multiple rooms was a nice bonus for downtime. The location was great—just a short walk to the beach, Acme, Wawa, a playground, and more. Parking was a breeze with off-street spots and easy access to the 34th Street Bridge for quick trips on and off the island.Overall, a fantastic spot for a family vacation—we’d gladly return!

Memorable Ocean City Vacation

This is our fourth year at this beach home and we love it more every year. It's a short 10 minute walk to the beach and close to everything we need for a fantastic vacation at the shore. The hosts are wonderful and they are the reason we stay here. Peaceful and quiet street. We love the covered patio for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. Great places for food nearby. Highly recommend for a wonderful Jersy shore vacation!

Annual Family Trip to OC

We love this property! We’ve stayed here for 3+ years. The owners are quick responders and have been lovely through the years. The front porch is our favorite spot. We love the quietness of Haven Street! Close walk to the beach, we use the bike trails every morning and look forward to our walks to the ice cream parlors and Dots pastries! Great place 💙

Making Memories

We had the most wonderful time celebrating my mom's 80th birthday at this beautiful home. The house was everything we needed and more. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable!! The location was extremely peaceful and we enjoyed short walks to the beach and short drives to the boardwalk. The host is great to work with and is VERY generous. hurricane ophelia vacation

We stayed at this Ocean City getaway during the weekend of Ophelia and it rained all weekend. However, the half marathon was enjoyable and family time was nice despite the weather. We had great communication with the owner and it was a nice quiet street and time to enjoy a little family bonding.

OC 2024 Family Vaca

It is a lovely home with nice seashore decor. Lots of parking, seating, eating and relaxing spaces. Two nice porches shared porch off the two Master Bdrms. Small housekeeping issues. Extremely well priced and a really nice quiet street. Did not find a pull out sofa as listed. I assume it was replaced.

Clean and pleasant haven

Overall - it was a very clean, pleasant experience. One confusion, we thought there were 3 bathrooms since the listing stated 3. One of the bathrooms was an outside shower which is only a shower. Several of us had the same confusion. It would be clearer if the listing started 2 bathrooms and an outside shower. Other than that, the place was great location, very clean, easy check-in, and the owners were very attentive.
