Good stay

Stayed with family. Good location. Very spacious rooms. We had a great time. The apartment was nice and clean, but the showboat is in need of renovation. The elevator and hallway leading up to the apartment was dingy. Also, the beds were comfortable, but the other furniture was very cheap. Overall, its a great place to stay for the price. I would come back.

Showboat

Check in really sucked. Waited almost two to three hours due to it was spring break. They really just need to work on check-in due to it exhausted to drive 5 hours and can't just go to your condo. The condo was nice inside. Make sure you bring a frying pan if you plan on cooking breakfast due to there are only pots and pans. The place was cleaned. Communication was good when I had issues.

Neat & Petite

Not bad at all, the housekeepers didn’t replenish our towels and wash cloths that was our only real issue other than the low beds and one tv in the whole suite. Beds look larger online and stated one was a king size but that wasn’t the case. Very clean tho! I would recommend patching & smoothing the poor areas on some of the walls. The 3 bathrooms was a plus for us!

Spacious condo close to the boardwalk.

The condo was clean and spacious, but the decor and furniture were all from Ikea and Amazon Basics. Especially appreciated the coffee on arrival. Our unit was on a low floor with a view of the parking garage. The condos are at the back of the hotel, so it's a bit of a walk to the boardwalk, but it's all inside, so no big deal. My only real issue was the check in. Apparently I accidentally added on letter to my name, and it took multiple emails and texts over a five hour period to resolve that. I wish that they had noticed that everything had to be EXACTLY right or they will not give check-in credentials before the day of our arrival. Once I had my room number, the check-in with the hotel desk was fast and seamless. Condo was big and clean. We would stay again. Thanks!

Wow is all I can say. This place is NOT as represented on the website. Beware broken slots under bed mattresses, neighbors constant barking dog, ice maker that sounds like someone is banging on the door goes off every hour, disgusting toilets (smell like sewer), water that shuts OFF while you are showering. Water faucets that turn OFF while you are washing your face. Owners respond then say they will send a handyman... that never arrives. This place was so bad we actually PAID to change our flight and leave early. BUYER BEWARE! Not as advertised. And in case you were wondering abut the view from the condo(apartment)... the parking garage.

Scammers

These people are scammers start to finish. Starting with the check-in process, which was unnecessarily convoluted and sketchy requiring you to send pictures and selfies of identification through a questionable website. Room was described as a luxury apartment, Beachside property, in Atlantic City. On arrival room was completely unusable due to not being cleaned, also it was not beachside, but located Within a hotel, which was not included in the description. We were told you were gonna be switched to different accommodation due to room not being ready, despite the fact that we arrived over three hours after the check-in time. "CustomerService" was awful, they were clearly giving me the runaround and kept us waiting for over six hours until they finally told us that we would have to wait until the next day because they had no staff on site to help us sort out our issue with the dirty room. Initially, they offered to switch us to a different room. They said they would call me back with updates however they never did, and if I called them back, they would just put me on hold and leave me waiting for 30 minutes, this went on for about six hours.Eventually, theytold us they were able to get in contact with their cleaning staff who told them they indeed had cleaned the room. Ultimately got to stay there given that we had no other place to stay, however, the room did not meet the description at all, furniture was sparse, and the furniture that was there was broken. Completely Awesome Condo

My family was blown away when he stepped inside this 2 BR condo unit. My family of 7 including two parents, we were looking at either 2 hotel rooms, but this condo was perfect in that it can sleep up to 10. These condos are towards the rear of the oceanfront block away from the ocean. We had nice views of the Showboat check-in circle, Hard Rock Hotel & garage. We checked in at 4:45 pm on a Thursday & check-in was quick. She only had to give us our room cards & we were on our way quickly. Earlier that morning, I had received detailed text instructions from CozySuites that gave us our room number, hallway layout map, wifi code & parking code. The condo is large & spacious. In the middle of the condo is the combined living room (TV, couch and coffee table) and kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, plates, utensils). There is a small table that seats 4. There are 2 large bedrooms. Each BR has its own large bathroom with good water pressure. All 3 bathrooms have separate enclosed toilet area & a wide, deep bathtub. Everything was clean and spotless in this unit. There are 3 AC control units, one for each bedroom & one for the living room. Secure wifi is free & fast. The walk to the beach is easy, just walk to the front of the casino. The kids loved the room and the resort along with its indoor waterpark and huge arcade. The elevators were fast. Showboat does need more luggage carts. Overall- very impressed and thank you for a great trip.

Short stay

The hallway leading to the room smelled terrible. The hall floor could've used a good vacuuming. Other than that the room itself was clean and comfortable. For the most part quiet. I would go back.

This was a great family weekend getaway. We were all able to stay together in the very spacious condo, and they provided everything we could need from towels to basic kitchen utensils. We will defonelty be staying at Cozyauites again it was awesome!!!!

Comfortable and spacious

This was a great option for us to have space, cook, and hang out. The bathroom and closet area were super big and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely rent here again.
