Welcome to our just renovated grand 6BR, 3.5BA home with sleeping space for up to 16. Enjoy central A/C, spacious living/dining areas, large bedrooms, a cozy office, and modern charm. Outside, the fenced yard offers seating for all, outdoor games, and space to gather. Parking is available for your convenience. Nestled on a lovely tree-lined street in Atlantic City’s quiet Lower Chelsea neighborhood—just 3 blocks from Ventnor and 1.5 blocks from the beach—your next shore getaway awaits!



Living & Dining

The main living areas boast a bright, coastal luxury vibe with plenty of space to relax and gather. The living room features a decorative fireplace, and 65` smart TV perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Adjacent is a spacious dining area with a dining table, ideal for family meals or group dinners. The first floor sunroom features a reading nook with two cozy egg chairs and a shuffleboard table. The open layout encourages easy flow and comfortable socializing.



Kitchen and Coffee Bar

The fully equipped kitchen is modern and functional, with beautiful white cabinets complete with brushed gold hardware, stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a convenient coffee bar ready to fuel your mornings.



Bedrooms (6) and Bathrooms (3.5)

This spacious home spans three floors and offers six bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests.



The second floor hosts Bedrooms 1 through 4. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, dresser, and closet. Bedroom 2 features a king bed, dresser and closet. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, closet, while Bedroom 4 offers a king bed, closet, and a sunny sunroom perfect for relaxing. Bedrooms 3 and 4 also share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub + shower combo.



On the third floor, Bedrooms 5 and 6 offer the remainder of the sleeping space. Bedroom 5 includes two bunk beds—each with a double bed below, single bed above along with closet space and a dresser. Bedroom 6 contains two queen beds with ample closet and dresser storage. Additionally, the 3rd floor features a claw-foot tub and shower combo, adding some vintage character.



Washer & Dryer

The kitchen leads to the laundry room (washer & dryer in house), located a few steps away in a separate, large room - perfect for keeping chores out of sight.



Outdoor Space

The fully fenced yard is a standout feature, with plenty of seating and a variety of outdoor games to keep everyone entertained. Whether you’re dining al fresco, playing with family, or just relaxing in the fresh air, there’s ample space to unwind. An outdoor shower adds convenience after a beach day. You’ll also find board games in the garage.

All of our Tv`s are Smart Tv`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.



PARKING:

The driveway accommodates 3 cars, and we also provide two parking permits for street parking, which is required in the neighborhood.



STAIRS REQUIRED:

This is a 3 level home with 10-12 stairs being required to access each level.

Wonderful property for family beach weekend. Clean, spacious, thoughtfully furnished. Great location. Even had beach towels, beach chairs, games, books and all the kitchen essentials you'd need. Finding street parking was easy and they included parking passes.We even left some items behind and they were so prompt in responding and even mailed them back to us! Amazing experience and look forward to renting from Host House again in the future!
