Living/Dining:
This luxurious home is comprised of three floors of expansive and elegantly designed living spaces that are perfect for hosting large groups in style. The open floor plan flows effortlessly between the family room, dining area, and pool table, creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. The dining room leads directly to a beautiful outdoor deck, furnished with a stylish sitting bar, stools, and a gas grill, perfect for alfresco dining or cocktails while enjoying the fresh air. The kid’s playroom offers additional space for little ones to have fun.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
The property features a total of 6 luxurious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, designed with the utmost attention to detail for ultimate comfort and convenience. The second floor features a large bedroom with four queen beds in the form of two queen-size bunk beds, offering ample space for families or large groups. This bedroom is complemented by a Jack & Jill full bathroom shared with a second bedroom, which also has two queen beds. The second floor also features a cozy lounge area with a refrigerator bar, a futon for additional sleeping space, and a luxurious master suite with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a newly renovated master bathroom. On the third floor, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, including one with a queen bed and a full bed, another with two queen beds, and a queen suite with a futon and access to a private deck that offers panoramic views of the ocean and Ventnor city. The third floor also includes a full bathroom, ensuring ultimate convenience and privacy for all guests.

Outdoor Space:
The outdoor areas of this luxurious home are just as exceptional as the interior. The first floor features a stunning front porch is complete with a dining table and seating lounge, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors or simply relaxing in the fresh air. The rear deck is complemented by a well-appointed outdoor bar area with stools and a gas grill for cooking up your favorite meals in style. A massive second-floor deck off the lounge area is the perfect spot to kick it under the sun. The third floor boasts a private deck attached to the queen suite, where guests can enjoy sweeping views of the ocean and Ventnor city, making it the perfect spot to unwind or enjoy a morning coffee.

What to Bring:
Just your clothes! Host House supplies this property with: fresh linens, fresh towels, beach chairs, and beach tags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and more!

North Beach is the section of Ventnor that runs from Jackson Avenue (Atlantic City border) to the North side of Surrey Avenue, from the beach to the bay.

North Beach is home to a diverse community of year-round and summer residents. We are close to Atlantic City`s exciting entertainment, casinos, nightlife, shopping & transportation. The community contains many wonderful restaurants, retail establishments, professionals and service companies.


* Beach is 200 steps from house, boardwalk is 150 steps and can walk to Margate to the right and AC to the left.
* Full playground, tennis courts, basketball courts and sand volleyball to the right off the board walk.
* Farmer`s market every Friday 8am-12pm.

Travel to Atlantic City by jumping on the Jitney. The Jitney is Atlantic City’s long-running, primary form of public transportation. You can ride the Jitney from one end of Atlantic City to the other for a low fare.

If you fancy traveling at a slower pace during the weekend, take a bike ride on the beachfront in Ventnor, New Jersey, which connects to the Atlantic City boardwalk.

Uber & Lyft are also great options to check out at show in Atlantic City, or to visit Lucy the Elephant in Margate!

Stairs must be climbed to gain entry to the home (Floors 1-3).

TV`s:
There are TV`s in every bedroom, living room areas and the game room.
All of our Tv`s are Smart Tv`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

PARKING:
Only street parking available. We will provide 2 parking passes that can be used. If not returned or lost upon checkout, there will be a fee of $300 per pass.

DAMAGE WAIVER:
When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection.

HVAC:
First floor has mini split system, 2nd & 3rd floors have central heat/air.

The charge listed as “management fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
- No cooking with spices that produces excessive or lingering odors is prohibited - $1,000 deep cleaning fee if required.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- Overnight occupancy may not exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
- Do not disable, cover, unplug, remove, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, exterior security cameras, noise monitoring devices, WiFi equipment, locks, or other safety or security equipment.
- Guests must follow all posted and property-specific parking instructions and are responsible for violations, tickets, or towing resulting from their vehicles.
- Fireworks, firecrackers, and other incendiary devices are prohibited.
-Guests may not enter locked closets, owner storage areas, roofs, mechanical areas, crawlspaces, or other areas designated as restricted.
- Electric vehicles, electric bikes, scooters, or other high-draw equipment may not be charged from the property`s electrical system unless specifically authorized.
-The property must be left in reasonably tidy condition. Extraordinary cleaning required beyond a normal turnover may be charged to the Guest.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Cooking & Kitchen Use: Please avoid cooking methods that produce unusually strong or persistent odors, including heavy frying, extended simmering, or excessive use of aromatic spices, that may remain in the home after checkout. Please use the range hood/ventilation and open windows when appropriate while cooking. If cooking results in lingering odors that require professional deodorizing or additional cleaning, guests may be responsible for the associated remediation costs and, where applicable, losses resulting from the home being temporarily unavailable for subsequent guests.

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company`s secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The primary guest will be required to review and electronically sign our Rental Agreement prior to check in. The Rental Agreement outlines the terms of the stay, House Rules, guest responsibilities, and other important property policies. Completion of the Rental Agreement is required before access to the property will be provided.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
