"This is the worst hotel that I ever stayed at in Atlantic City! We came down for my Daughter’s B-day! The walls are dirty in the hotel; they call full size beds(Queen size beds); housekeepers don’t work overnight; they over charge for hotel deposit; housekeepers don’t clean the room well; staff don’t answer the phone for front desk/housekeeping; bathroom was dirty; housekeeper touched my exfoliate glove and put it on tub; the water park close at 7pm on Sunday’s, instead of 8pm; you have to give your ID to valet desk in order to get the luggage cart; when I asked for a Supervisor this morning at front desk; the agent claimed that the supervisor not coming in until 3pm, which every hotel supposed to have management on every shift; the tub clogged up twice; etc. I asked for roll on beds, which front desk said it was a fire hazard for two! Even 1 bed! I had to explain that the room had full size beds; not queens size beds!"
