I checked into the hotel on December 31, 2023 and checked out on January 3, 2024. When I arrived at the reception, I was greeted by a bald elderly man. I started to register for a room and asked him if we could get a room upgrade in exchange for advertising the hotel on our social media profiles. He started yelling and nervously answering that there is no one available and how could I not pay for an upgrade.
After this unpleasant conversation, I asked to see some rooms but was refused at first. Eventually though, he asked his colleague to show me some room options. I selected a larger room and paid for the upgrade.
The hotel staff appeared very hungry - everyone was asking for tips without providing any service.
