The main level is the heart of the home. You’ll enter into a large dining area with seating for 8—perfect for group meals or game nights. Just beyond, the living room features a comfortable setup with a large couch, additional seating, and a smart TV with Roku for streaming.

The adjacent chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, stainless countertops, and a pre-stocked coffee bar—ideal for everything from morning coffee to full group dinners.

Neighborhood Overview:
Nestled on a quiet residential street in Lower Chelsea, right on the border of Ventnor and Atlantic City, this home offers the best of both worlds—laid-back beach vibes with easy access to the action. Just 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk, and close to shops, restaurants, a movie theater, tennis courts, and Wawa. The jitney stop is half a block away for easy exploring, and the Tropicana is just a quick 5-minute Uber ride, with other casinos nearby.

Listing Transit:
The area is very walkable and bike-friendly, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all nearby. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and public transportation is accessible as well.

Listing Notes:
PARKING: Parking passes are provided for free street parking nearby, which is accessible, even in the summer.

TVs: There are TV`s in each living room areas and the game room. All of our TV`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

STAIRS: Approx. 8 stairs required to access the 1st floor main living are, and 10-12 stairs required to access the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms.

HVAC: The home is heated and cooled via a central air system controlled via a wall mounted thermostats on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
-Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events. Your reservation will be terminated immediately, and you`ll be removed from the property.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
