  • Spectacular views! Newly renovated 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath 1st floor condo - with fenced in yard which is awesome for dogs! You look directly out over the Bay and can watch the boats and wildlife. Modern kitchen, deck, backyard, grill - with spectacular bay views and sunsets. There is also a bulkhead deck you can use. Excellent sunbathing! Large dock for hanging out or fishing!



    Property is located across the street from the Cove Bar, Acme shopping center (Dollar Store, Gucci Brothers Pizza, Brigantine Bagel, Indoor pickleball club, surf shop, others), Santucci's Pizza, and the Wawa is not even a block away. Only a few short blocks to the Brigantine Circle with CVS, ice cream (Cold Cow and Richmond's), Ernest and Son Deli, Aversa's Bakery, MuHugh's Pizza, and many other shops and restaurants.

    Only 2 minutes over the bridge to Atlantic City (Borgata, Harrah's & Golden Nugget), other casino's just a little further like Ocean and Hard Rock.
