We had such a wonderful time here! The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The best part is it was so close to the beach and boardwalk that we barely had to drive! Bill and Kate were so kind and so easy to work with I would definitely consider booking with them again if the opportunity presents itself!

The property was extremely clean and was in an excllent location. The house provided extra amenities, which made it much easier. Since one of us has a mobility problem, it was difficult to navigate the steps to get in and to access the bathrooms that were located on the second floor. But it was a terrific getaway vacation!

Wonderful stay close to the ocean, and an amazing coffee shop (Positively 4th St). Easy to communicate with host. My only request would be black out (or heavier) curtains but otherwise excellent!

We moved away to the West Coast, but needed our “Down the Shore” fix. This property is in the perfect location, just far enough from the boardwalk to be quiet, but close enough to walk everywhere!! Great host!

Quiet Christmas Celebration

We rented this house to host a Christmas dinner for family who can’t travel to our location. The location is excellent and the house was very enjoyable for our guests. The kitchen is well stocked and everything worked well. Communication with Bill worked well and we didn’t have any issues. We’d happily return to this house in the future if the opportunity arises.

Easter Getaway

My family and I stayed for a long weekend over Easter weekend. The location of the house is exceptional and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Parking was great, and the property offers a garage and drive way. The outdoor spaces on the house are large and perfect for sitting and relaxing with family. The house was accommodating and spacious for our group for the weekend. The owners were very responsive to any issues. The only negatives was that the listing stated that there was a portable crib and high chair available which I wasn’t able to locate but thankfully brought my own. The living room couches were a little dated and worn. The water in the refrigerator wasn’t working, and there was some mold present on the ice and water dispenser but it wasn’t an issue because we used bottled water. Overall we had a fantastic weekend at this property and made great memories! We would gladly return!!
