However, there are a few things worth mentioning for fellow travelers. For a hotel at this price point, it is disappointing that breakfast is not included — you would expect that to come standard at these rates. The lobby staff, while the property is beautiful, came across as quite dry and unhelpful. When I needed assistance with a passport situation and didn't have it physically on me, instead of finding a smooth solution I was asked to send the document via WhatsApp, which felt unprofessional for a 5-star property. One more tip for travelers — at night, be cautious with your surroundings regardless of the hotel's upscale setting, as the area warrants some awareness. Overall a beautiful stay with a fantastic bed, but service and pricing transparency could be improved. "

The shower head was partially clogged, resulting in an uneven spray, and the grab bar in the shower was loose and pulling away from the wall, making it unsafe to use. Additionally, the elevators were quite noisy and sounded as though they require servicing."
