"I did have a housekeeping issue with the first room, but it was rectified immediately and Davien was very fast to move me to another room and handle the issues in the first room. I've had good experiences at this hotel and I hope you will too. Giving five stars because I feel that even though I had an issue it was handled perfectly. No place is perfect but this place tries very hard to be excellent. "

"Me and my niece stayed here for a weekend. The first rooom they gave us had no heat! So we had to sit around for over 30 minutes waiting for another room to become avaliable. Then when we got to the second room the hot water was janky, had to leave the water running for a while to get it hot. "

"We were told we have housekeeping every other day with fresh towels and sheets. When they came, they left towels but did not make beds or do anything in the room itself Walls are so thin, we heard neighbors alarms all three mornings (both guests let their alarms go off for over an hour!). We could hear full conversations neighbors were having. Bed was comfortable and room clean."

"The staff was very friendly and professional. The pool area was spotless and well supplied with towels. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with many choices. My grandsons, my husband and I had a wonderful weekend there. "

"The name is wrong on Hotels.com. It is NOT The Pottsville Inn...... It is The Pottsville Hotel. That created a great deal of confusion initially. I did pay extra for upgraded room, but no window(?) so I wonder what the upgrade was. Staff was helpful, we requested extra towels and a light bulb in one of the sconces. We got the extra towels but bulb was not replaced. A fire alarm went off in our room at 2:03 am while we were fast asleep...... not too happy about that but I managed to shut it off. Make sure to turn it back on in room 319"
