"The front-desk staff was friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the patio with the beautiful view of the Lucerne rooftops. The only things we would have loved to have had in the room would have been a small refrigerator and access to ice (for drinks on a hot day). A great option for Lucerne. Another great think to know about IBIS Styles is that it's in a very convenient location to all the "action", yet sits on a quiet street. Great area for walking and exploring."

Even in mid-September the room was a bit warm at night with an AC unit in the (large) room. The bedding also wasn’t the most comfortable, but overall solid stay!"
