"Excellent all around, one of the few hotels i will book again"

"The villa and pool was gorgeous. Hotel staffs are all very polite and helpful. The breakfast selection isn't great but they are delicious. They gave me a warm anniversary welcome with flowers, cake and chocolate and room decorations - very nice gesture, much appreciated. Only downside is that the Aircon seems to be dripping and therefore there is always a wet patch on the walkway from bedroom to toilet. The staff however quickly take note of it and I believe it will be resolved for the next guest. "

"Well appointed and facilitated hotel in a great position near the shopping and beach at Sanur. Great breakfast and swimming pools. Friendly and attentive staff. After many stays in Sanur this will be my go to."

"Overall a wonderful stay. 1) A good place to unwind and switch off. Suggestion, the hotel might want to put signs on the buildings where the rooms are located, to keep the voices down because some guest are very loud for a long period of time. 2) The evening service where the hotel will put the pillow scent based on our request is not working as expected. I didn't smell anything on my pillow. My friend who requested it as well, was also disappointed because she didn't smell anything. Suggestion to put some aromatherapy with different options in the room. Should be optional as some might not like it. 3) The food was great. Fresh juices, different food options. 4) The staffs are friendly and helpful. 5) The room was spacious, clean and big size bed. 6) Great swimming pool, but we didn't enjoy the cocktails at the pool bar. Overall great stay with small improvements. Thank you for taking such good care of us. "
