Beautiful villa with a pool and a fitness room

  • This elegant accommodation is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to spend time together while still enjoying moments of relaxation and privacy. This magnificent, charming home can accommodate 15 people on a lush, green estate featuring a pool, pool table, and gym. Guests have access to the entire house. They can contact Sandrine, our concierge, 7 days a week. Villa M is located in the centre of Aubenas, giving you access to the pedestrian zone and the chance to enjoy the Place du Château, where you can sample local dishes or treat yourself to some ice cream. Halfway between the Monts d’Ardèche Regional Nature Park and the Ardèche Gorges Regional Nature Park, you’ll have plenty of options to choose from. The villa’s grounds offer parking for 4 cars and an electric vehicle charging station.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Lovely location in a really authentic French town. Fab market on a Saturday morning and lots of lovely non touristy restaurants to choose from. The house is well equipped and really well set up for a large group with good sized bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen for cooking. The pool was lovely and very welcome on a hot day! Lots of secure parking and lots of towels provided which was nice. Lovely welcome basket on arrival which was lovely. Only downside of the house were a set of stairs to go into the main living area which was fine for us but if you struggle with stairs it would have been a bit annoying every time you wanted to go down to the pool area. The town aubenas is a real gem and the location was perfect for us! Would recommend!
