House in the country

  • We provide you with our family home located in the plain of Limagne.
    This property acquired by our grandfather in 1952 is particularly close to our hearts. We spent all our holidays there as young, our children and now small children are also very attached to it.
    Also, we hope you have a good stay. This house is ideal with children - the ground is fenced, you will have at your disposal a table football, bikes for young and old, a barbecue, toys, books and board games. For the little ones: wooden bed, bath, high chair.
    Tourist documentation will allow you to discover the surroundings.

Fantastic location, steps away from Notre Dame, Metro/RER and restaurants and bars. While it is situated on a side street, it can be a little noisy if the windows are open. Well equipped and you can’t beat the location if you want to stay in the Latin Quarter.

A sunny week in Aubiat

Le gîte était prés de famille que nous avons visitée et avait tout pour un sejour agréable et calme, loin de Londres! Les enfants se sont bien amusés avec les velos, trampoline et fuseball. This is a lovely cottage, well priced, with good amenities and the children enjoyed playing outside. Communication was sometimes difficult due to my limited French and I had never used HomeAway before but in the end we had a lovely holiday and we would definitely look to stay here again in the future! Many thanks.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilis à notre arrivée et nous sommes sentis vite à notre aise dans cette maison aux charmes d'antan et très fonctionnelle dont nous avons apprécié la tranquilité et l'espace extérieur avec vue sur les volcans ( sa cour avec tonnelle sous laquelle nous avons apprécié nos premiers barbecues, sa terrasse en hauteur et un jardin bucolique très agréables surtout qu'ils ont été baignés toute la semaine par le soleil). Une maison avec une belle âme au milieu d'une formidable région! agréables)

Très sympathique accueil du Du gérant. Il nous a présenté les lieux nous a fait voir l emplacement des jeux de société babyfoot jeux extérieur trampoline ,vélo pour les enfants et adulte Il nous a donné des bonnes adresses à visiter et pour manger ou passer des bonnes soirées logement très agréable tranquille avec une superbe vue. Les enfants étaient très contents de leur séjour et nous adultes aussi. Un grand merci.

Une jolie vieille maison pleine d'histoire. Très belle région à visiter! Pour ceux qui voyage léger, la literie n'est pas fournit. Nous avons passer un superbe séjour de 2 semaines. Cette location bénéficie d'un tarif dans le bas de fourchette, tout en apportant un hébergement de qualité, accueillis par des hotes forts sympathiques. Au regard du prix, ne comptez toutefois pas sur certains services, tels le wifi ou le ménage de fin de séjour. Il ne faut pas non plus être trop exigeant sur la literie ou la luminosité. Mais au delà de ces petits moins, il y a quelques beaux "plus" : un très grand jardin est disponible, ainsi qu'un baby foot et des vélos de qualité. En revanche, il manquait le lecteur dvd ou le trampoline, pourtant mentionnés dans l'annonce. Gênant quand la météo n'est pas au rendez vous. Enfin, Aubiat est au milieu de tout (Riom, Vichy, Volvic, Clermont, volcans), mais près de nulle part. Aussi, la voitures est indispensable, la moindre activité étant a minimum 15 minutes de route.
