"Better seep on the floor ..... terrible beds and pillows that looks like pillows but feel like a sheet. This is main reason we will not return! A pitty breakfast is poor and dull without no fresh fruit and vegetables Area is full of history with so much to do and see We will back in the area in 2 years, but not to this hotel...."

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in July. We were shown to our bedroom at the end of a corridor. After the door there are 2 steps up to the accommodation level but no further door beyond these steps. During the night my wife woke up to go to the bathroom. As there was no lighting, and she was in an unfamiliar environment, she mistook the space above the steps to be the entrance to the bathroom. She fell down both steps and hit her arm, knee and head very hard on the tiled floor. The noise...
