This fully furnished game-day loft is ideal for those who want to be right in the middle of the action! You quite literally can't get closer to downtown Auburn! This location offers all the beautiful amenities and charm that make it easy to fall in love with the loveliest village on the plains. Experience the sights and sounds of downtown Auburn while relaxing on the top floor of an original downtown building. Walk anywhere while enjoying the added convenience of having a private parking spot.

BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $80 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival!

BEDROOM SET UP:

This 500 square foot studio bedroom offers a queen bed and pull-out sofa.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 3 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

Hardwood floors add class and minimize worry, free Wi-Fi, well stocked kitchen, fresh coffee, stocked bathrooms, games, books, and more. All of this with the added view of our quaint downtown may make it hard to ever leave!

The location is ideal- in downtown and a half block to Auburn's campus makes for a less than ten-minute walk to Jordan-Hare Stadium. Auburn's best dining and shopping are on your block!

THIS APARTMENT IS IN AN HISTORIC BUILDING AND HAS A SMALLER THAN AVERAGE SHOWER. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK, AND THEN GIVE A BAD REVIEW BECAUSE THE SHOWER IS NOT A NORMAL SIZE.

One parking space is provided with each apartment rental. There is overflow parking available in the new parking deck across the street (The Wright Street Parking Deck - 140 Wright St)

This unit is within immediate walking distance of the downtown Target, Publix, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn University as well as local downtown favorites such as Tacortita, Southeastern, and Therapy an Auburn Boutique.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

Charming downtown property

Stayed here for Camp War Eagle. Great location! Parking was a breeze. So nice to have a dedicated parking spot. Entrance to the property was a bit sketchy being behind the building with a metal staircase but once you’re inside it’s perfect. Unit is charming with original tile in the bath. Superbly clean and well appointed. Shower was small but worked just fine. Host was very responsive to questions and accommodating. Loved it and would definitely stay again

Great location in Downtown Auburn

I attended a conference during the week and this location as well as price could not be beaten. The room was spacious (like a studio apartment) and had more than ample amenities. It was clean, bright and surprisingly quiet for being downtown. Tons of great restaurant nearby as well. If I am ever back in Auburn, I'll be staying here!

I have stayed in this loft several times now, when I visit my son at Auburn — the location cannot be beat, it’s in the heart of EVERYTHING! And it’s clean and cute and has a parking spot ;-). I have worked with Amanda for 3 years now and there’s not a better host out there!

Great stay

The location and accommodations were perfect for a one night stay to visit Auburn’s campus with my daughter. We needed only a place to sleep but this unit offers more with the kitchenette. Nice that there was a pull out couch. Only complaint was the noise level - loud night life on a Thursday night and very early tenants for the business starting their morning routine. Also, if you are tall, the shower is on the smaller size.

Great Location

The studio apartment is great. It is waking distance to everything. We stayed on a game day weekend and loved it. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Auburn.
