Fabulous 2 Bedroom Apartment in the Target Building - Downtown Auburn - 204

There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.

Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.

Unit 204 offers a shared courtyard balcony that is delineated with a fence.

BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

Excellent location for Camp War Eagle with my daughter. Campus was across the street with cute shops and restaurants literally downstairs. Parking was convenient. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

We loved staying at this property. It was the perfect location for visiting our AU student. Weekend nights were a bit noisy due to it’s proximity to Sky Bar but the sound machine helped!

Great location! Great kitchen!

We loved our stay. Great kitchen, perfect for baking and homemade meals, while the location is also perfect for going out to eat. Lots of fun eateries close by. Will definitely stay again. One suggestion- more soft blankets. Throws for lounging.

Perfect spot for Auburn access!

This unit was exactly as advertised and was a perfect spot for us with quick access to the Auburn campus for the swim meet we were attending. There were a multitude of food options within walking distance and we were comfortable and felt safe coming and going after dark. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location close to campus

We stayed for a few day while my son was at swim camp at Auburn. The condo was super nice and the location was amazing. We had a little issue checking in, but the host was super responsive.

Awesome location…middle of it all!

This place is amazing. You could not be any closer to the middle of down town. The Target is right downstairs/we used it. Walk right downstairs and pick any restaurant you want. This is the best location in Auburn if you want to be in the mix!

Very clean and new! Really nice unit and well stocked for stay! Close to all downtown Auburn can walk to just about anything! Loved its location, it is a college town! We were very close to one of the local hangouts and it was fine! Yes, you could hear the noise but didn't keep us awake! Really great unit.

This property is a gem! Located in the heart of Auburn just steps from the university, this apartment was just perfect for 2 couples. The decor was so cute. Amazing Weekend in Auburn!

Highly recommend this unit! We brought our family down from VA for our annual trip to Auburn and had a blast! The apartment is top notch - so clean, comfortable and best location! We will be back next year!

Perfect spot in downtown Auburn

What a lovely & convenient place to enjoy an Auburn visit. Apt. is beautifully furnished as pictured, super spacious, and really comfortable. It is steps away from wonderful dining & shopping options. For those visiting on a weekend, note there is noise from nearby comings & goings, you are staying in a college town after all! The white noise machines in each room were excellent!!!

Great location and great condo!

We rented 5 of these units for our tennis team and they were exactly as advertised. I stayed in 204. They are all nicely-furnished and clean. The location is perfect to be able to enjoy the downtown area's restaurants and bars. Parking was convenient and simple, and the property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. There is some noise at night from music from a nearby bar, but the sound machines in the bedrooms made it where it wasn't a problem. Overall, we loved these condos!
