"I traveled for a big concert weekend and I was nervous due to other reviews HOWEVER I was optimistic and pleased!! King Bed updated renovated heat & air worked great! Everything was new.. i was so relieved & excited. Staff was helpful & kind, There are renovations and plenty of signs, i heard no noise and bkfast was decent ..I really enjoyed having multiple restaurants & attractions within 1 to 19 minutes walking. I really enjoyed my stay and no interruptions microwave & mini fridge were perfect...let the shower heat up about 10 minutes before you hop in other than that I was satisfied with my room, stay, and price for a 3 day weekend."

"Location is great, proximal to the lake and town, stony beach nearby for swimming or paddle boarding, pier nearby you can fish off, playgrounds. Elevator seemed a bit dodgy and toilet in room was very loud to flush. Hotel restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday. Hotel pool was very small but my kids still loved it. Everything was tidy and staff was ok."

"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the room itself was very nice. Unfortunately, my experience at check-in wasn't the best. The front desk associate came across as dismissive, particularly when she realized our reservation had been booked through a third-party service. The way she requested an alternative form of payment felt rude and unwelcoming. Additionally, when we got to our room, there was no shower soap in the bathroom. We called the front desk to request some, but it took nearly two hours for it to be delivered. Overall, the property was nice, but the customer service and delayed response to a basic room amenity took away from what could have been a much better stay."
