This penthouse is absolutely adorable. The owners have thought of everything - from the decor to the household items to gameday necessities. It was so clean, and everything in the penthouse seemed new. The arrival and departure instructions were clear and easy. The star of the show is the location as you are steps from everything Auburn has to offer. Although parking is included, you really don't need your car to enjoy Auburn. There are only two issues - it does get a little noisy on the weekends with Sky Bar being so close. Also, the only way to access the apartment is via stairs so if you are traveling with older adults, you may want to consider that. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property,

Great location and clean property. It was loud at night because of bars but that was made very clear in the description. We were not bothered by it since we knew about it. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful condo in a great location!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family to enjoy a great weekend visit with our college student and conveniently host his friends! The space is open and roomy and eloquently decorated with every convenience we needed. Communication with the owner was easy and welcoming. We’re looking forward to future stays!

Great location!

Awesome location and lots of space! Auburn beat TN in basketball the Saturday night we were there, and we had a front row seat to watch all the fun unfold at Toomer's corner by just stepping out on the patio. As described in the listing; it is located next to loud late night bars but the sound machines were great and had no problem sleeping. Thanks so much; would definitely book again!

Convenient and Clean!!

We recently stayed at the penthouse in downtown Auburn and had a fantastic experience. The space was not only nice and impeccably clean but also incredibly convenient. The location is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Auburn. It’s right across from the Campus, and all of the local restaurants and shops. Having a dedicated parking place was a huge plus, making it hassle-free to come and go. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Auburn!

Location, Location, Location

Needed a place for my son and I to stay while he wrapped up finals at Auburn. Location was great w/ a very easy walk to campus. The internet was off and on but not a big deal for us. Probably worth investigating.

Great place!

The condo was really cute and immaculately clean. The location is prime if you want to be right in town by the restaurants, shops and bars. It is basically right over one of the clubs and as stated before and the music is loud and did go on until 2am. We were there to see the kids though, so we were so happy with the beautiful place and great location that we were ok with the late night noise.

Perfect Penthouse on the Plains!

These penthouses are a BLAST. Fun, great views, excellent interiors, and you cannot beat the proximity to downtown Auburn. Although they are sandwiched between two large bars/clubs, there is plenty of privacy. New years night was very exciting, and the bass from the DJs sounded like the drums from Helm's Deep....but we still managed to get to bed just fine! Parking is great, and is exclusive, so you won't have to fight for spaces. I can't stress enough how hip and fun these penthouses actually are. We had such a great time and will definitely be returning!
