    There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both bedrooms have a Queen bed and full bath attached. This unit also includes a twin rollaway bed as well as a high quality queen blow up mattress.

    This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 3 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

    The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay. There are granite kitchen counters with stainless steel appliances and Hardwood floors throughout.

    There is a 55" Samsung smart HD TV with cable, a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, games, books, and more!

    You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

If you’re looking to enjoy Auburn without worrying about driving around, this is perfect. Close to everything, and there is a parking garage right behind It if you have more than 1 car. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Soap, shampoo, or other extras were not provided for the showers, fyi. The interior walls of the building are kinda thin, so you can hear when others come in and out of the shared hallway, for example. This did not bother us, and It was only noticeable during reasonable hours. The biggest downfall I found with the place was the poor condition of the windows. It was great that they all opened, but they were not totally sealed when shut and It sounded like the outside noise was right on top of you. FORTUNATELY, noise machines were provided in each bedroom. This my earplugs allowed me to sleep soundly (and I am a very light sleeper), so I can’t complain.I also want to say how grateful I am that they allow pets. Overall, I found the place to be very cute and VERY convenient. Would stay again!

We had a nice stay. The location of the property was great - could walk everywhere. It was a little bit noisy, but to be expected in the middle of the night scene of Auburn. Having an assigned parking space was nice: however someone was parked in our space. Luckily another was open, so we used it but I do wonder what would’ve happened if there hadn’t been an open spot. We reported it to the management company, but never did hear back. Clean place and had all the essentials. Beds and couch were not overly comfortable and the WiFi was out while we were there, but was fine for the one night we stayed.

Military pinning

We were at Auburn for grandson's Auburn graduation and military pinning. This was a wonderful place to stay and so convenient to everything. Could walk to all the restaurants on college street. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Mother and Son Auburn Visit

We loved the location of the apartment. It was clean, cozy, very cool and we could come and go easily from the shops and restaurants. We will absolutely stay here whenever we come to Auburn!

Great Place

This location was great! The owner was great and very responsive! Close to campus and restaurants! There was a bit of music downstairs that played thru the night, so bring your noisemaker if you’re not a heavy sleeper! But in all we would stay here again.
