When they say location is EVERYTHING, they aren't kidding! We are smack dab in the middle of the Loveliest Village on the Plains. One mile from Toomers, walking distance to Kroger and Acre is just down the street. Want a little character? A little 60's vibe? Well this 1961 midcentury mod definitely gives you that! Make yourself at home in this 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath Auburn retreat. Two separate living rooms for entertaining. That doesn't even account for the outdoor living. Can you sleep more than 8? Absolutely. We believe in Auburn and love it!
