"The pool is closed for an extended period of time due to the hot tub issues. The older manager is nice-ish when you are in the room, and generally lenient but she's stern. Also, the blow dryer didn't work in rm 139. Although...just to let the general public know, they have roaches right now."

"The house was perfectly located for the wedding we attended at Mountain Shadows Retreat. Could not have been better. Also close to nice hiking. We were out of the house most of the day so did not try the lovely amenities. The listing said 3 BR and 2 baths but we only saw 2 BR and 2 bathrooms upstairs and the garage level below the main floor was roped off. So maybe there are additional rooms there?When we first entered the house there was a slight scent of cigarettes but after a while we did not notice it. We had to request additional spoons as there were only 3 for the 4 of us but that was the only concern we had."

"The property was amazing! The only issue we had was with the door pad code. The one I received in my information e-mail was incorrect, but Lynette was quick to answer my phone call and tell me the correct code. In all honesty the correct code made more sense and I should have questioned the e-mail as soon as I got it. Before we left, we were already thinking of wht other events in the area may be coming up that we could stay there again."
