"We had a really nice stay with the exception of a few minor details but overall the stay was wonderful. The king size bed was exceptionally comfortable, the best night sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel. The rooms were spacious and quiet. We really enjoyed the pool and pool hours-however the lack of pool towels was a bummer. The restaurant could have use a bartender with a bit more experience, they weren’t very enthusiastic when asked if they knew how to make a simple mint julep on the day of the Kentucky Derby."

"Didn't look like much on the outside, but the rooms were clean and modern and the facility felt quite secure. Price was unbeatable and the touchless check-in (video chat in lobby!) was interesting. Would stay there again, no problem!"

"Nice quiet hotel in downtown Point. The staff was excellent even with a 2:00 am arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Security was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to come back."

"There was no heat in my room and the front desk clerk gave me a tiny space heater. I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. They just redid their pool though- maybe they should have gotten the heating system working. I hear there is no air conditioning here either. Unfortunately if you are coming to Rapids to work at the hospital, this is the closest hotel."

"Nice place, however not having an elevator makes it tough for people with heavy luggage or coolers to get to the 2nd floor. Also the ice machine on 2nd floor was out of order... It was nice enough for us, would probably stay again, to be honest."

"Stephanie checked me in after I attempted to use the self check-in QR code. She was pleasant and helpful during the process. However, the next morning when I went to check out, she spoke to me through the Ring doorbell camera and simply told me to leave the key on the desk. It felt a bit impersonal. Originally, I had booked a king room on the second floor, but I discovered there was no elevator. That wasn’t a major issue, and I requested a first-floor room with a queen bed instead — Room 106. Unfortunately, I would strongly recommend avoiding this room. The room was not clean. The chair had noticeable stains on the seat that appeared to possibly be urine stains. The bathtub had a visible dirt ring around it and rust in the bottom. When I showered, the water backed up to ankle depth, and the sink also drained very slowly. The bathroom smelled musty and strongly of urine. Another issue was the curtains. Only the sheer white curtains would close; the heavier curtains would not pull shut at all. People walking and parking outside could easily see into the room. I ended up using a rubber band to keep the curtains together for privacy. The bed appeared clean, although it was not very comfortable. We stayed here because of the convenient location, but after this experience, I don’t think we’ll return. The overall cleanliness of the room left me wondering what else may not have been properly cleaned."
