"The Cordis was a nice hotel with very gracious and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the original portion of the hotel (not the Pinnacle Tower) was extremely outdated and very much showing its age. Because of that, I don't believe it lived up to it's 5-star rating in numerous ways."

"The hotel is new and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the large bathroom, the excellent gym, and the thoughtful welcome gifts such as chocolates and essential oil. Overall, the housekeeping was good, although the quality sometimes depended on the person cleaning the room. ..."
