You’ll find this Kiwi batch is overlooking the ocean, tucked away from the downtown core and centrally located for your convince.

This holiday home boast a prime central location, offering a quick access to the local bus stop. The local bus service connects you to a wide array of attractions and vineyards scattered across the island. Just a quick 5-minute walk away, you’ll find the charming village of Oneroa. Here you’ll find cosy cafes, some delightful dining and a stunning beach. Additionally, you’ll be provided with off-street parking at your convince to ensure a stress-free stay.

This batch retreat will provide you with two comfortable queen bedrooms. Just what you’ll need after a long day of exploring all that Waiheke has to offer.

The living room offers a cosy space for unwinding with a good book, a refreshing beverage or to enjoy a movie. While you relax, you have the option to open the deck doors and breathe in the fresh sea breeze.

The open kitchen gives you the perfect amount of space to prepare and prep the perfect meal for your friends and family. With this kitchen over looking the living room, you’ll notice the easy access to the deck. The deck provides an outdoor dining option with a BBQ at the ready. Why not end the day with a cranking BBQ and stunning sunset.
Depending on the season, you will have a heat pump to keep you warm during the winter, or cool on a hot summer’s day.

PLEASE NOTE: An exit cleaning fee applies to each stay. All linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.

Minimum stays: Seven nights between mid-December and mid-January, two nights all other times and three nights for public holiday weekends.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of $300 will be preauthorized to your credit card 2 days before departure. This will be released 5 days after departure. A 3.5 credit card surcharge applies to all card payments.
A leather bound compendium is located on site at the house with property specific rules and detailed information about things to do on Waiheke. The property manager will also provide local information.

Weekend in Waiheke
This place was PERFECT for a quick/relaxing weekend. We were able to walk from the Auckland ferry terminal to the property. From the property we could walk to the town and beach of Oneroa. We opt'ed not to explore much of the island as we were there for relaxing after 5 days of camping but options to rent bikes were very close by, as well as bus stops. The house was clean and had a lovely front and back porch and a well stocked kitchen.
