A brand new modern, new kitchen and a dining area for the family for that game of scrabble.
Curl up with a good book and a glass of wine in any of the 2 separate living rooms or enjoy a great night's sleep in any of the 4 classy bedrooms, including an ensuite.
Plenty of wardrobe space. A walk-in wardrobe as well for "him and her."
Your private backyard is a small and lovely place to enjoy a wine and the amazing views of the blue skies.
Very quiet and classy.
There are a lot of great Cafes in the area at a short driving distance, as well as the NorthWest mall nearby in the nearby Westgate area. A Woolworth's supermarket is just a few minutes' drive away.
