Misleading listing. Booked a 2-bedroom apartment, received a 1-bedroom studio. Check-in was 3:00 PM but access wasn’t given until 4:00 PM. The property was dirty, communication was poor, and the bed sheets looked used. We were also charged a $100 key deposit, which was returned 20 days after checkout. Completely unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Room was definitely not what I booked entirely different, dirty blocked sink in terrible building completely opposite to what was advertised. Poor communication from host who then made us wait for an hour on the street with no response then told us go somewhere else where some random guy who couldn’t speak English bought us to the elevator and final straw was fire alarm off at 2am total shambles Very disappointed

Would give no stars, but then no one could see feedback.Paid in full to stay here weeks prior.Received a message saying they couldn’t host us due to platform issues.About a week or so later received a message saying they could now host us.Very slow replies via Bookabach messaging. Get to the day before and ask for access details, get nothing back.Comes the day of and I am asking again for access details, then get asked if we can check in an hour later than agreed. This was okay.Gets to check in time, we arrive and there is no one in sight, no access details received still.We wait 35mins constantly messaging her with no avail. Had to rush to find alternative accommodation in a fully booked city and pay another 350 for another room.Finally I receive a call at 5pm from her stating they had “power” issues. Unsure how this affects cell coverage to make a call.Would definitely not recommend. Place itself looked unfinished anyway. Smells like a scam.

Do not book here, this host cancelled our booking 45mins before we were due to arrive with no warning and gave no reason for the cancellation. When I asked her how they could cancel the booking she took a long time to reply and all she said was she was too busy to respond as she was dealing with another customer, she gave no reason why our booking was cancelled. Absolute nightmare!
