Looking for the perfect rental close to Spark Arena? Then you've found it! Welcome to our place - your 'Home away from Home'.

Our home is just a 10 minute walk to Spark Arena and just a few more to Britomart and downtown Auckland. Perfectly situated for The Northern Explorer, which is a few minutes away. You will appreciate the location of this tasteful and comfortable home in the City.

The Space

This light and airy townhouse has been newly renovated and will be a joy to stay in. Situated at the entrance to a no-exit residential street, you will enjoy views of delightful leafy Palm's and Magnolias, seen through the home’s many windows.

- The Living Room features a comfortable corner sofa with ample cushions and throws to relax on. Watch TV whilst you drink your coffee. The heat pump will keep you warm or cool whilst you enjoy this space.

- The Dining space seats 6 and is the hub of the house!

- The Kitchen has a generous fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob & oven, plus kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. The drawers & cupboards are well stocked with cutlery, crockery, water & wine glasses and pots & pans.

- The 3 bedrooms all feature Queen size beds that sleep 2 people in each. A pedestal fan & top sheet for the warmer nights and an oil heater & duvet plus a blanket for the cooler ones. You will find a full length mirror in each bedroom & built in wardrobes for ample storage for your stay.

- The upstairs Master is an Ensuite and the 2 ground floor bedrooms share an ensuite individually accessed by each room. Each bathroom has hand soap, shampoo, conditioner & air freshener plus towels & bath mats hung on heated rails. There is a hairdryer in both bathrooms.

- The laundry is in the garage, feel free to use the washing machine and dryer.

- The garage will fit one normal size car, though not a large, longer vehicle. There is limited 3 hour free parking within the complex which can also be used for overnight if you are lucky enough to secure a spot. There is some daytime restricted parking on The Strand & surrounding streets.

Whilst the location is wonderfully close to town and transport links, do be aware that The Strand is a busy transport route for cars and lorries alike and can be noisy at times. That's City living! Please note there are shared pathway works planned for The Strand, just outside our complex until October 2025. However, this should not negatively impact your stay. Please call the 24hr police noise control line 105 if unduly disturbed at any time.
