Located on the grounds of Waiheke Island's Kennedy Point vineyard, Kennedy Point Vineyard Estate is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing retreat with spectacular views of the sea.

The Space:
The Estate comprises two properties. The guest house offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms accommodating up to six guests. The comfortable open plan kitchen/living/dining area with wood burning fire opens on to the patio area with outdoor seating and BBQ. Relax with friends and family on the deck at Kennedy Point Guest House or enjoy the many Waiheke Island attractions all within easy reach of this lovely home.
