What a fantastic property and location! Very convenient to the city centre and plenty of restaurants close by. Very clean and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay in Auckland.

Not a luxury apartment

We were shocked to find this apartment was really just an AirB&B not a serviced apartment. No cleaning, service, reception for our three night stay, we had to collect our key from a lock box! No air conditioning in a room facing due west makes it a hot box. The bedding was more for Arctic conditions rather than summer Auckland. The king bed was in fact an uncomfortable queen bed. The bathroom combined laundry with stainless steel tub rather than a vanity or basin did not reflect ‘luxury’. It was in a very poor standard of finish & decorating. The balcony furniture caused us to fear wood splinters rather than comfort and the handrail was weathered beyond recognition. Overall a disgrace for Hotels.com to be associated with this place. As a Gold member who uses Hotels.com a lot, it makes me rethink my ongoing reliance upon their standards.

Beautiful apartment very comfortable the communication for parking and neeed auto repair on Rental not accommodating and very loud music at bedtime and loud neighbors and dredges but I would go again the view is breathtaking

Loved the apartment but could really do with air conditioning, it was incredibly hot even with fans going causes sleepless nights listening to the fans! Other than that we really enjoyed the property.

Very central, easy walking to city centre

Great location on the harbour, the apartment was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Breakfast items such as a selection of cereals, milk, tea, coffee and even a bottle of bubbly. The bathroom had lovely shampoo and conditioner and body washes. The building itself is clean and tidy and surprisingly very quite. We really enjoyed our stay and found it an easy walk to the city, shopping, restaurants and bars.
