About this property

Private guest suite on the North Shore

  • Situated in a quiet cul de sac, bordering the sports fields, tennis club and bowling greens. An easy stroll to a beautiful beach and a range of eateries and shops. Perfectly located to get to the city or explore the many beautiful bays or walking trails in the area. This recently refurbished Coastal Hampton style guest unit is located on the lower level of our home with its own entrance. It is completely separate and private.
    Ideally suited for a couple exploring Auckland or on route to a fabulous destination. Perfect for a business trip or someone working in the area that would prefer a peaceful and homely space.
    Good quality Queen bed with fitted electric blanket with dual control. Feather/down duvet and pillows with luxury bed linen.
    Quality bath towels. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
    The kitchenette includes microwave oven, fridge, electric jug, toaster and plenty of dining equipment. (No stove top)
    Free unlimited wifi. Flat screen smart TV.
    Large wardrobe in bedroom with hangers. Beach towels and picnic set.

An extremely well equipped and clean property with an easy and pleasant walk to local beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. Excellent bus service very handy too.Very communicative and pleasant host.Will definitely stay again.

Run don’t walk for the chance to stay at this wonderfully located and spotlessly clean accommodation. Our host is so helpful when needed and knows how to offer the very best hospitality in a great facility. We extended our stay because it was so perfect. The 5 minute walk to the beach and all the shops you’ll need. Best stay we’ve ever had.

Enjoyed our chance to stay once again at this clean and spacious property for a few more days. Emme is a very accommodating and helpful host and has thought of everything needed to provide a very comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed having a morning coffee out on the small deck and then walking through the back gate down to the village and beach.

Lovely accomodation and host

Fantastic property with everything you could need. Very comfortable bed. Coffee machine and even little treats ( choc bars ). Emme ( host ) was fantastic and easy to deal with. Even gave us lift to friends house. Many thanks and would happily recommend.
