Excellent! The room was clean, spacious and equipped with all amenities that we needed. Although a little tired, it feels more like your own private apartment than a hotel room which was comforting. Even with the somewhat self-sufficient approach, the available service was fantastic. The staff were friendly, attentive and patient - even after standard desk hours which was highly appreciated! As noted by other review's; there can be a bit of noise from the surrounding bars and nightclubs on Friday/Saturday night… But completely understandable and expected due to location. Overall we highly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return - thanks again!

Great location and friendly, helpful managers. The accommodation is a bit tired, and I'd recommend taking earplugs as central city can be noisy overnight, but overall value for money.

We had late check in, after staff is off property. But with a phone connection and code for a lock box, entry was smooth. Lots a shops and eating stops in the area. Some noise from outside area.

One week business trip

Good size apartment in the middle of the city. Parking in a separate location but still easy. Great staff who really know their job and are very helpful. The bedroom curtains don’t block out any light at all so difficult to sleep. Please fix this! It is getting a bit old and tired but still all ok. Will stay here again.

The room was as advertised. The bed was super comfortable, the staff were kind and helpful letting me check in early and minding my bags after check out. The bathroom is small and I had to basically stand over the toilet to brush my teeth or apply makeup. Its also quite noisy on a Friday night- must be a club nearby. Also the homeless population of Auckland appears to now accumulate on the corner which meant I felt a but unsure and wary of my surroundings. Next time Ill stay away from Queen street accommodation even if it costs more.

More photos of various rooms need to be supplied as our room and view we had not look like the only one that was available. Bathroom wasn't fully clean and needs a general freshen up. Very very noisy from a close bar into early hours, which is out of their control but just take note incase that's an issue for you. Front office staff were lovely and very handy to shops which is ultimately why we chose to stay there.

The quest on Queen was a wonderful property located in the wharf area on the main fashion Street of Auckland. Great location for walking around and great restaurants.
