Set along the ridgeline above Onetangi, this sunny coastal home takes in beautiful blue views across the bay and out to the horizon. With generous lawns, multiple outdoor living areas and plenty of space inside, it is an easy place to slip into holiday mode.



One of our favourite pockets of Waiheke, Sea View Road puts you close to Onetangi Beach, Casita Miro and the vineyards and restaurants of the eastern end of the island, while still feeling wonderfully private and relaxed.



The Space:

The home is designed for easy summer living. At the front, north-facing decks look directly towards the ocean, creating a lovely spot for morning coffee, long lunches or simply settling in and taking in the view.



On the other side of the house is a second, more sheltered outdoor living area with covered dining and BBQ space. Generous flat lawns wrap around the property, a real luxury on Waiheke and ideal for children, games or lazy afternoons in the sun.



Inside, the modern kitchen and dining area sit at the heart of the home, with a large opening connecting directly to the outdoor dining area. The main lounge makes the most of the impressive sea views, while a separate second lounge and TV room gives everyone a little extra room to spread out.



There are three generous bedrooms, along with light, modern bathrooms and comfortable contemporary interiors throughout.



It is a fantastic choice for families, couples or friends looking for a relaxed Waiheke escape, with the combination of ocean views, sunshine, outdoor space and Onetangi close by making this a particularly lovely place to spend summer.



Other Things to Note:

We always try to accommodate early check-ins and will send you a message on the day as soon as the property is ready. We provide all linen and bath towels. If you require beach towels, please bring your own, or we can arrange hire with advance notice. Baby items including portacots are available to hire too.
