You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Private Studio
Elevated and peaceful with a sunny deck overlooking garden and Eskdale Reserve's native bush. The Studio and its Car Park are out of sight and sound of the road down a long, curved right of way that is shared with the house on the large section. The studio is secluded and private from both neighbours and the main house,
Note not suitable for guests with restricted mobility because of the stairs from carpark to studio (see photo).
An uncluttered, spacious 35sqm studio suitable for work or holiday. Convenient for one adult or two sharing the Queen bed. An extra bed is brought in when there is a child or third adult.
