The Space:
Serenity by Stay Waiheke has a welcoming, beach-house feel, with generous living areas, soft natural light, and simple, considered styling throughout. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge connect through large bi-fold doors to the outdoor deck, keeping the whole home centred around shared meals, quiet mornings, and slow afternoons in the sun.
The gourmet kitchen is well equipped for entertaining, with a large dining table that comfortably seats ten. Outdoor dining and lounge areas sit beneath the covered deck, alongside both indoor and outdoor fireplaces that make the home enjoyable year-round.
A private Nikau glade leads directly to Palm Beach, a calm, sheltered swimming spot ideal for families. The surrounding gardens and established greenery keep the property peaceful and private while still close to everything.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, outdoor living areas, and the private pathway that leads through the Nikau glade to Palm Beach. Parking is available on site.
The Neighborhood:
Serenity sits in one of Waiheke’s most loved areas, only a short stroll from Palm Beach, known for its soft sand, safe swimming, and long sunny afternoons. The beach has a small local store for essentials, ice cream, and takeaway food.
For breakfast or coffee, guests can make their way to Palm Beach Store, or head into Ostend or Oneroa for The Island Grocer, Frenchôt, Wai Kitchen, or The Local.
Nearby dining includes Three Seven Two, Charlie Farley’s, and the restaurants scattered along Onetangi Beach. The island’s well-known vineyards, Tantalus, Stonyridge, Te Motu, Wild Estate, Obsidian, Casita Miro, Mudbrick, and Cable Bay, are all within a short drive or bus ride.
Coastal tracks, bays, and swimming spots surround the area, and Ostend’s Saturday Farmers’ Market is only minutes away for fresh produce and local goods.
Getting Around:
The closest bus stop is within walking distance, with regular services running from Onetangi toward Oneroa and the Matiatia passenger ferry. Buses stop near major wineries, including The Heke, Stonyridge, Tantalus, Te Motu, The Heke and Wild Estate, before continuing into Oneroa Village and down to the ferry terminal.
Taxis, e-bikes, scooter hire, and car rentals are available nearby. Parking at the property makes it easy to arrive with your own vehicle

The property uses rainwater tanks, so guests need to be mindful of water consumption, particularly in the summer months.
