A great location for Eden Park. Sleeps 4 but ideally family / close friends as all beds are in the one bedroom.

This property is pictures and actual condition is quite opposite. Toilets are stained and every where there are cockroaches and spider webs. we had reservation for 4 nights and we could not stay in the property for few minutes also. we reached out to the property management and we got no responses and I had to find a hotel in mid night as I came into the city late. I have taken pictures of the issues and I can share if anyone needs. bad part is even expedia has done anything after sharing the issue and evidence. I rate the "worst" rating if there is one for expedia and property management for misleading customers on listing. I have shared the everything with expedia as well with no support.

Nice location and house, but room for improvement

It was fine, except the couch is broken and quite uncomfortable and there were dog poos in the back yard preventing our little boy from playing there

Really nice property in fantastic location. Nice to have privacy and a backyard. Cottage has everything you’ll need, is very clean and comfortable. Quiet spot, great escape while in the city. Great for small kids also. Parking is on street with a short walk to get inside. Great, helpful comms, although just ensure they send the check in instructions ahead of time.
