Welcome to The Peaceful Green Bay Charmer — a quiet and family - friendly guesthouse nestled in the heart of Waitakere. Take a walk around our beautiful Green Bay Area or simply unwind with loved ones in our spacious home. This humble 3-bedroom offers a perfect retreat for business travelers, couples or family with kids.
This Guest Home is fitted out with modern appliances including fridge freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave as well as all utensils, pans & pots etc. We provide basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper.
Take advantage of the convenient and safe carpark on the premises next to the guesthouse, or park on the street.
Three generous sized bedrooms:
Master Bedroom - King Bed
Bedroom 2 - Double Bed
Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed
Washing machine and laundry detergent available for guest to use.
Keen on a bit of golf?? Titirangi Golf Course is just stone throw away with New World Shopping just 5mins walking distance. Not to mention the best fish n chip store around the corner aswell on Bishop St.
Only 20mins from the Auckland Airport, 15 minutes to the Auckland City CBD and 35 minutes to our beautiful Piha beach.
SECURITY: We have a security camera which covers the FRONT GARDEN and DRIVEWAY of the guest house which has video and audio capability.

A very relaxing time had by all at this place.
