Zweck erfüllend

Die Wohnung hat soweit gepasst, die Einrichtung war funktional. Schöne Küche, die Utensilien dazu waren aber etwas minimalistisch gehalten.Der Check-in war super und mit dem Schlüsselkasten hatte man volle Flexibilität.Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind etwas begrenzt und man muss ggfs kreativ werden. Ansonsten scheint es tatsächlich ein kleines Feuchtigkeitsproblem im Bad zu geben. Der Schimmelbefall war zwar nicht so schlimm wie von der Vorschreiberin dargestellt, wegzudiskutieren ist es aber auch nicht

Leider enttäuschend!

Die Wohnung liegt logistisch günstig, man ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Geschirr und Besteck waren bei unserer Ankunft leider dreckig. Das liess sich durch ein erneutes Spülen beheben. Die Anzahl von Geschirr und Besteck ist auch eher begrenzt (z.B. nur 3 Gabeln). Eklig war aber die Abzugshaube. Bei der Benutzung der Abzugshaube tropfte das Fett aus dem Filter. Auf unsere Reklamation bei der Agentur kam eine Mail, dass man es bedauere und sich drum kümmern würde. Leider ist bis zu unserer Abreise 4 Tage später nichts passiert. Wir haben es vorgezogen, nicht mehr in der Wohnung zu kochen, sondern im Restaurant zu essen. Schade!

Sehr schlechte Kommunikation und fehlerhafte Beschreibung

Positiv:- Der kontaktlose Check-In via Schlüsselkasten hat funktioniert.- Das Bettzeug war frisch und sauber.- Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern.- Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.Negativ:- In der Beschreibung der Ausstattung stand, dass ein Kinderreisebett vorhanden wäre. Um sicherzugehen, dass dieses bei unserem Aufenthalt auch wirklich da wäre, habe ich dem Anbieter im Vorfeld eine Nachricht geschrieben. Es wurde bestätigt, dass ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt werde. Was soll ich sagen... Es war natürlich nicht da. - Ich habe mich sofort beim Anbieter gemeldet. Die angegebene Telefonnummer stimmt nicht. Auf meine Nachricht habe ich nur KI-Antworten bekommen.- Es gab keine Gästemappe mit Erklärungen zur Parksituation o.ä.- In der Beschreibung stand, dass der Parkplatz inklusive sei. Jedoch habe ich keinerlei Informationen bekommen, WO dieser Parkplatz sei (auf dem Parkplatz im Innenhof, der anscheinend zum Apartment gehört, stand ein anderes Auto). Auch hierauf habe ich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts keine Antwort bekommen.- Die Umgebung ist nicht schön, das Haus/Treppenhaus selbst ist auch in keinem ansehnlichen Zustand.- Die Unterkunft war nur oberflächlich geputzt; sehr viel Staub auf den Fußbodenleisten im Bad und unter einer Bank; der Boden hat geklebt; die Vorhänge rochen unangenehm; Schimmel in der Dusche- Dafür m.M.n. viel zu hoher PreisKurzum: Wir waren froh, dass wir nur eine Nacht da waren.
