Check-in process was painless and the staff was very friendly. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the linens were cozy. We enjoyed having the large balcony as well. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety, even vegan options. The location was great, there is a nice park nextdoor and property is close to tram stop, providing quick access to Altstadt and Hauptbahnhof in a matter of minutes. It was a great value and an enjoyable stay, would recommend!

Good service and comfortable rooms. Only drawback is that parking is located quite a walk away. Also surprised that the room came with a balcony facing a park. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy it as it was freezing outside and the wind was howling, but I can imagine it being a pleasant touch in warmer months.

Staff was actually very kind. However, as far as room service, which was limited, as we were told they would exchange our towels/sheets day three, didn’t happen. When we requested at least fresh towels, the staff seemed far from pleased to provide this service. The rooms are adequate, nothing special. Th bartenders were great as well as the breakfast staff. The hotel is Bear public transport and the staff was great calling for a taxi. Overall, a pretty good stay.

Great place!

Great place! Close and convenient! Only about 30 minutes from Munich. Nice balcony and wonderful breakfast! We were able to see Augsburg soccer game, Augsburg Panther game ( hockey), and the NENA concert! The hotel was right next door to the concert!! The front desk staff was excellent; they left me know were the closest laundromat was when I asked! Superb!
