When I booked I saw that Breakfast was included but when we got there we were told that breakfast will not included. The room stank like rotten eggs. The beds were not made when we arrived and there was not enough linen in the room for the beds.

Weihnachtsbesuch bei Familie
Ein ruhig gelegenes kleines Hotel unweit vom Zentrum. Eine herzliche Begrüßung und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ein ausreichendes kleines Frühstücksbuffet ohne viel Verpackungsmüll. Eine prima Übernachtungsmöglichkeit und zu empfehlen wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist.

Mysigt och fräscht hotell!
Hade låga förväntningar då bilden såg mörk och dyster ut. Bokade pga av priset och läget. Men oj vad förvånad jag blev då rummet var så fint och hotellet mysigt på insidan. Svårt med parkering på gatan om man kommer sent.

Sehr sauber, toller Service. Chef und Mitarbeiterin super freundlich. Das Frühstück war lecker und aureichend. Es wurde immer wieder nachgefüllt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber der auf die Gäste eingeht. Das Haus ist komplett renoviert. Sehr ruhige Lage und das Frühsrück ist exzellent. Ein wahrer Geheimtipp in Augsburg.

Älteres Hotel mit recht frisch renovierten Zimmern auf insgesamt guten mittlerem Niveau. Mitten in einem Wohnviertel mit durchgehenden Mehrfamilienhauskomplexen gelegen. Nettes Personal. Gut für einen kürzeren Augsburg-Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super zentrale Lage. Leider schon etwas älteres Hotel. Das Frühstück ist eher überschaubar aber in Ordnung. Preislich für die Ausstattung allerdings zu teuer.

Das Mobiliar im Hotel war schon recht abgewohnt. Die Dusche ist für ältere Menschen sehr schwierig zu verlassen. Blaue Flecken sind garantiert. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Bar deren Gäste zum Rauchen vor der Tür stehen und sich bis in die Morgenstunden lautstark unterhalten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Sehr altes Hotel keine weiter Empfehlung
Keine Parkplätze, Hoteldirektor war betrunken, Zimmer ca von 1960, einfach nur schrecklich. Sind dann in ein anderes Hotel da war auch schon bekannt das er normaler weiße erst ab 20:00 Uhr betrunken ist war aber schon um 18:00 Uhr betrunken. Es ist für mich unbegreiflich wie Expedia sowas anbieten kann. Das waren dann wohl 150€ in den Sand gesetzt!

Wochenende in Augsburg
Augsburg ist eine wirklich sehenswerte Stadt. Das Hotel liegt superzentral und in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, fünf Minuten von der Strassenbahnhaltestelle Mozarthaus entfernt und so ist man ganz schnell in der City. Wer gut zu Fuss ist, kann auch laufen. Es ist einfach aber sauber und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Inhaber ist persönlich durchgegangen und hat sich erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Für einen Aufenthalt, wo man Wert auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis legt und darauf, eine gute Unterkunft für einen Sightseeing-Aufenthalt zu haben, optimal. Wir kommen wieder!
