Fantastic holiday flat with plenty of space for couples, families with children, couples of friends or simply city visitors and cultural travellers who want to experience and enjoy the flair of Augsburg's city centre up close.

On a generous 84 square metres of living space you will find our top accommodation directly in the pedestrian zone next to Town Hall, which invites you to visit the sights, bars, restaurants and the old town. The accommodation was modernised to a high standard in Dec. 2023 and offers enough space and comfort for up to 6 people, even for longer stays. Of course, the entire accommodation is available to our guests. The check-in takes place independently on site via our key box.

More detailed description of the accommodation:
The spacious dining area offers plenty of room for all guests to enjoy dinner together or entertaining game afternoons. Directly adjacent is the large living room, which guarantees cosy evenings with Netflix&Co on a 65-inch Ultra HD TV in a cosy atmosphere with a comfortable and high-quality couch.

The bedroom is equipped with an XXL king-size bed, which the manufacturer also likes to advertise as a "family bed" - there really is plenty of space. A smaller seating area with table offers comfort for a few relaxing minutes of peace and quiet.

The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and can be manually separated from the living room at sleeping times by means of a louvre curtain. When fully occupied, the pull-out couch offers another 2 guests very good sleeping comfort and relaxation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all important utensils including common spices + vinegar and oil, etc. (without oven) and offers sufficient cooking facilities with its 4 induction plates. Of course there is also a Tchibo-Caps coffee machine and various free teas.

The flat has 2 separate sanitary areas:
A: A pure guest WC with reasonable washing facilities.
B: A high-quality bathroom with shower and all necessary sanitary facilities.

The flat is on the 1st floor and can therefore be easily reached with luggage. Mobile air conditioning (only available on site in the months of June-September) rounds off the overall package.

On the large communal terrace, our guests can enjoy a wonderful breakfast or relax for a while and round off a lovely evening together in peace and quiet. During the Christmas season, the famous Augsburg Christmas market is set up on the town hall square and can be reached in less than a minute.


Further information:
Our flat is located directly in the pedestrian zone and thus in the heart of Augsburg, you can't get much closer to the centre and all its attractions. As there are 3 large public car parks within a 2-3 minute walk, the parking situation is also easy to manage if you arrive by car. Through a small shopping arcade you can quickly reach our flat from the short-stay car park to load and unload your luggage within 1 minute. We send our guests a detailed description of this in advance in the guest map. (The day tickets for the car parks mentioned are priced startet by €12/Day, which is still within a reasonable price range).

About us:
We are Augsburg natives ourselves who could also come directly to the accommodation during your stay (if actually necessary). However, we are usually available by e-mail and telephone at short notice for any questions or requests you may have.
