"It was okay as a one night stay. I liked the location and there was Ubahn near it and so pretty to walk around(i think its in the middle of city if am not wrong). It was not busy which i liked but be prepaired for the stairs specially with suitcase😮💨.My room was not as the showen picture but again it was 1night so ja."
"Hotel was in a great location. Very central and a 10 minute walk to train station. Staff were friendly, room was nice and breakfast which was included was excellent. I would stay here again for sure. "
"Loved these accommodations, would stay again and easily recommend. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, good location. One of the best places we have stayed in."
"Owners and staff were very friendly and helpful!
Location is great, nestled in the town 15 min walk from HBF. Very modern and well appointed inside! Wish we had more time in Augsburg"
Rugs Hotel Augsburg, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
8/10 Good
"Breakfast was very good. Room was okey for our one night stay. Check in was at 3 PM and ay first they said they weren’t allowed to take pur luggages and told us we could rent the storage boxes in the lobby, but our suitcases were bigger, so in the end, the receptionist took them to their back office. Same thing happened during check out. They reluctantly took them when I told them their colleauge took them the day before. It’s sad that a good hotel not taking responsibility and trying to make money even on luggages. The location was at the main train station which was another good thing about the hotel."
"Lady at front desk is always professional, efficient and friendly.
Cleanliness of the room and shower room was consistent.
Breakfasts were consistent."
"We arrived at 11.0pm and the front door was closed and no staff available. The email that showed us how to get into the hotel and locate our room did not arrive until the following morning.
We stayed 4 nights and the room was not refreshed at all during our stay.
Whilst I understand that hoteliers need to control costs and I fully understand it is not necessary to clean or service a room every day, making sure that the rooms have enough dry towels, tea or coffee and bins are emptied must be the very least required "
