High End Apartment in Downtown Hallowell
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, 60 reviews
"The property was as described and exactly what we needed. Downtown was a block away. Several restaurants and shops. We are originally from the area and selected this location because it was near downtown and central to places in Augusta and Gardiner that we wanted to visit. The house is a wonderfully updated old home."

"Overall it was adequate for our needs. The bed is a full size, not a queen as stated and the 2 flights of stairs were... a LOT for us to tramp up & down with luggage but the unit itself and location were clean and quiet."

Modern Living in the heart of Augusta's Capital
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, 11 reviews
"I had a great stay. The host was very professional and responsive. There was every kind of amenity I could have needed including a washer/dryer (with detergent), a keurig machine (with k cups), and all the tools needed in the kitchen. The host even left a hairdryer for me when I noticed an empty hairdryer box under the bathroom sink. Some of the other reviewers mentioned no blinds. There were blinds for privacy. They allowed the light to come through, so it was difficult to sleep in. I would...

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, 4 reviews
"We had a great time staying at this location. The listing was correct. Everything was clean, well thought-out, and thorough. The layout of the space was funky (as are most old houses in Maine) but useful. We had no issues with heat, water, electricity, internet, or anything else. Cabinets, shelves, and drawers were labeled for ease of finding things. It was well-stocked with cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, and the like. Appliances were functional. We had two chill dogs with us and they were...

Midcoast Maine apartment perfect for exploring the area's treasures!
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, 13 reviews
"Well appointed clean, comfortable apartment for myself and 3 colleagues. The only thing I would say is that there is one enormous bedroom and then a mid size room that is connected by a sliding barn door from a very small room without a window. This small room has the trundle bed. Might be perfect for a family- it was a little tough for 4 adults. Other than that is was great and Carmen and her husband were wonderful hosts!"

"Laura was a gracious host, and opened up their beautiful property to our group. We were staying in Waldoboro for a wedding, and they were so helpful! They even offered to provide a ride to and from the venue! While we didn’t need their assistance with the drive, their support felt genuine and heartfelt. I’d recommend anyone interested in a charming, magical midcoast escape to consider this property!"

"This is the cleanest property I have ever rented. Spotless! The setting is so peaceful and calming.
