"This hotel was massively over rated .To start the landscaping has not seen care in months , next almost every painted surface inside the hotel is soiled , the carpets were filthy and covered with litter . Upon arrival I mention this to the desk clerk he said he would have the carpets in the hallway vacuumed ( it never happened during my 4 day stay . The lobby furnishing were worn and out dated and the breakfast was very low quality . The hotel was operated by a certain ethnic group that seems to pinch pennies at every turn . The only positive feature at the property was that it was price slightly lower than the other surrounding hotels . They have a sign posted showing a 8.2 rating in the lobby ,I would give the property a 3 out of 10"

"It is a good hotel at a very good price. The breakfast was decent and areas were all clean."

"Check-in was a breeze. The room was extremely clean & the area was quiet. It would be good if the signage entering the property was clearer; we had a little difficulty figuring our way into the hotel area. Check-out was also easy. If we visit the area again, we will likely stay there again. :)"

"We were woken up in the middle of the night due to a false fire alarm going off & it pretty much ruined the overnight sleep. The Room had some type of gritty sand on the bathroom floor that was everywhere. "
