Boathouse is an architecturally designed, stunning new home with fabulous 270 degree views across Flinders Bay. Fifty metres from Granny's Pool and a 1 minute stroll from the main beach, there's no better location.
This well appointed home includes a huge deck off the kitchen/living area, overlooking the ocean. With a modern, luxury fit out, Boathouse includes 4 queen sized bedrooms @ x queen beds 1 x2 single beds) (comfortably sleeping 8), a bathrooms, a laundry and outdoor shower. One bedroom ( queen bed ) and ensuite is a separate studio that is a converted old boat shed from the 1920's.
Spoilt for choice, the location sits between ocean, bushland/forrest, the marina, the lighthouse and Augusta town. Once here, you probably won't want to move so you can just enjoy the immediate amenities

Very well equipped and kept. Good space for 3 adults and proximity to rockpool (ie across the road) was a huge plus. Lovely bird life around the area and truely relaxing place to stay. We will be returning again for sure.
The house was perfect for our extended family with young children as there are no internal stairs. Views are second to none . Just a bit confusing when they say 5 bathrooms . There is one large bathroom and one toilet in the main house and an ensuite bathroom in the separate room that is outside the house . We had a great time and think we will be back .
We really enjoyed our comfortable stay at the boat house. The location was magnificent, looking out on the water, watching the rain come in. I was hopeful of seeing whales migrating through Flinders Bay but it was not to be
