    This suite is one of 3 in this multifamily triplex. Guests will enjoy a fully furnished 1 bed 1 bath unit. Each unit is separate from the others so the only interaction you may have with other guests will be when entering/exiting the home or if you are enjoying some time on the porch or back yard. Please note: smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the property, including the porch. A $250 smoking violation fee will be charged for any smoking evidence detected or from odors inside the property, plus the cost of additional cleaning.

This is a WONDERFUL place to stay. I have NO complaints. From the front porch to the fire pit, I truly enjoyed my stay. It is so inviting. SUPER clean…I usually don’t relax in unfamiliar places but I was immediately put at ease. If I’m ever in Augusta this is where I’ll be!!!!

The check-in process was easy and painless. Kyle was a great host and was easy to communicate with. The place, besides 1 or 2 dishes, was very clean. Provided with essentials, i.e., body wash, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, seasonings, as well as laundry supplies. There was some maintenance done during our stay, and Kyle made sure we were informed. Overall, a great stay and accurate to the photos. Thank you, Kyle!
