"This was our first visit to this part of Italy and we were not disappointed. The apartment is modern and in a great location for touring northern Tuscany and Liguria. "One towel per person for 3 days. It rained so we used soggy towels 2 out of 3 days. No extra toilet paper horrible directions to find and get in. Walked 2 hours with luggage back and forth and no call back to help us No return compensation for having to purchase our own towels and toilet paper Said we should have told them sooner which we did"
